1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for MultiPost, we collect:

  • Account information: your email address and display name
  • Content data: the text content you submit for conversion
  • Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for platforms you connect (Dev.to, Twitter/X, etc.)
  • Usage data: feature interactions, conversion counts, page views

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the MultiPost service
  • Generate AI-powered content conversions
  • Publish content to platforms you authorize
  • Send service-related communications (e.g., billing receipts)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed client-side. We use industry-standard security practices, but no service is 100% immune to breaches.

4. AI Processing

Content you submit for conversion is processed by third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude). We do not use your content to train AI models. Processed content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service.

5. Third-Party Services

MultiPost integrates with:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • OpenAI / Claude API — AI content conversion
  • Stripe / Creem — payment processing
  • Platform APIs (Dev.to, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit) — content publishing

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data at any time from your account settings
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Revoke connected platform access at any time
  • Request a copy of your data by emailing us
